It's Official!

I'm so proud to share the news that I've taken over from Lee Child as Theakston Old Peculier Crime Writing Festival Programming Chair. These are big boots to fill, very big boots! I can't tell you how excited I'm to share a secret that I've kept for almost six months. It means the world to me to chair a festival that has been part of my life for over ten years. This week, the festival team revealed that James Patterson will headline at the festival in 2019. No one will be more delighted than I to welcome him to Harrogate.
